One person, two licenses, one closing table.
Most buyers juggle an agent and a loan officer who have never spoken. I'm licensed as both a real estate broker and a mortgage loan originator (NMLS #2588378, O'Keven Financial) in New Mexico and Texas, so your financing and your home search move through one conversation instead of two — and I have over 50 real estate brokers at United Realty, the #1 brokerage in Lea County, behind me to keep things moving.
Un agente. Un prestamista. Una sola persona a quien llamar.
Straightforward, from first text to closing.
The same process whether you're buying, selling, or refinancing — adapted to what you actually need.

I do the homework
Comps, MLS pulls, and pre-approval paperwork, handled under one roof and delivered in writing.
You decide, I execute
Showings, offers, your loan, and your closing — coordinated by one person the whole way through.
A local broker who works both sides of the closing table.
I was born and raised in Hobbs, New Mexico, and I've spent 20 years in real estate, including the last 10 years as a Qualifying Broker/Owner. I also share what I've learned daily as a Real Estate Coach, and I'm a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator under O'Keven Financial, NMLS #2588378. I bring a strong business background and fluency in both English and Spanish to every closing.
I own the #1 real estate company in Lea County alongside my husband, Rodney Davis, with a team of over 50 brokers. United Realty has three office locations across Southeast New Mexico — Hobbs, Lovington, and Carlsbad — and we've now expanded from Lubbock into the Permian Basin in Texas.
My greatest sense of satisfaction isn't just selling houses — it's helping families find a home where they can establish roots. Staying in Southeast New Mexico has let me give back to the community I love: I currently serve as Chair of the Hispano Chamber of Commerce, CEO of Boss Babes Unite (an organization supporting local women by bringing them together), a Rotarian, and a Director for Habitat for Humanity.
Recognition & community involvement.
Awards don't close deals — but they're a fair way to show the work, and the involvement, has been consistent for a long time.
Answers before you ask.
Can you really be my agent and my lender? +
Yes. I'm a licensed real estate broker and a licensed mortgage loan officer in New Mexico and Texas, so your home search and your financing run through one person instead of two separate strangers who've never spoken.
How much does a home valuation cost? +
Nothing, and there's no obligation to list. I pull live comps and give you a written price range within 24–48 hours. If you decide not to sell, you keep the valuation.
Do you speak Spanish? +
Sí — hablo español con gusto. I can walk you through buying, selling, or financing entirely in Spanish if that's easier for you or your family.
What areas do you cover? +
Lea and Eddy County, New Mexico — Hobbs, Lovington, Eunice, Jal, Tatum, Carlsbad, and Artesia — plus Texas, where United Realty has expanded into the Permian Basin from our Lubbock office.
Do you work with first-time or lower down payment buyers? +
Absolutely. As your lender I can walk you through conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA options and tell you honestly what you qualify for, whether it's your first home or your fifth.
Will you spam me if I request a guide? +
No. You'll get what you asked for and nothing else unless you want more. If I follow up, it's a single text or call — never a drip campaign.
Call, text, or send a message. Same-day answer.
